Where to Find Bristol’s Festive Outdoor Cinemas 2019

If it’s one thing that makes the winter months feel festive, it’s a snuggle under a blanket with a hot chocolate and your favourite Christmas film. And this year, Bristol’s host to a number of indoor and outdoor cinema showings of Christmas classics. Here’s where to find them.

We The Curious Big Screen – At The Movies

It’s winter, and that means just one thing – FREE Christmas films on the Big Screen at We The Curious! Head over to Millennium Square to soak up the atmosphere of the interactive light installation, complete with the big wheel, BUMP roller disco, Aprés Ski Bar, food cabins – all while you watch the film! With capacity for 300 people to view the film comfortably, seating will be limited so its recommended to arrive early and bring your own blankets/deckchairs/beanbags.

Christmas at the Museum

Christmas Pop Up Cinema

The Bristol Film Festival and The Passenger Shed have teamed up once more to bring you a host of festive screenings – taking place at The Passenger Shed at Brunel’s Old Station on 22nd December 2019. Tickets start from £7.50.

Vintage Screenings

The Bristol Film Festival team have paired up with wine connoisseurs Avery’s for an extra special showing of Die Hard. The tickets are charged at £25 to include a sparkling wine reception, and post-film tasting of German and American wines.
