Spin the wheel of ice cream dreams at Oliver’s, and if you’re lucky, you might just get a taste of the oh so delicious Thatcher’s Sorbet! The Thatcher’s Sorbet isn’t available all the time, so if you’re looking to have some just send them a message and they promise to try and ensure they have it!

Brozen Lab’s Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream 

Made using liquid nitrogen, Brozen serves up these steamy delights within St Nicks Market. Vee Double Moo

Setting up shop on College Green from April to October, keep an eye out for pastel shades of the vintage 1973 VW camper that serves up all manner of frozen dairy treats. The award-winning vanilla soft serve ice cream is available with dark chocolate, real strawberry, salted caramel or blackcurrant and liquorice sauces. Go classic with a cone or opt for a cup instead!
